Everything is falling in place for the Moods to reunite in Utah. We are expecting to close on a home on June 26. The home is located in Farr West, Utah, north of Salt Lake City about 40 miles. The house backs up to a farmer's field and has beautiful unobsructed views of the Wasatch Front to the south and the east. The house is much bigger than our Florida house and offers everyone their own "personal space". It has two fireplaces and even an RV garage! The 1/3 acre lot is big by Florida standards, the guys are already thinking "riding lawnmower". I think they just want a new toy!

It is Really Happening!
